Responsibilities:

3. Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance colors, composition, and overall visual appeal.
4. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand project objectives, provide creative input, and ensure alignment with expectations.
5. Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
6. Maintain organized digital files and archives of photographs for easy retrieval and future reference.
7. Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and technology advancements to continuously improve your skills and output.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers involved in photography and editing projects.
9. Represent the company professionally during client interactions and photography assignments, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
10. Assist with marketing and promotional efforts by providing high-quality photographs for use in various channels and campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a photographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your photography and editing skills.
2. Proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and posing.
3. Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
4. Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to transform raw images into captivating visuals.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
8. Passion for photography and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
